Our company was founded by Norman Olsen in 1967. Blair Olsen his son took over the company operations in 1986. In 1990  Mike Loughney joined Olsen Construction & formed a partnership with Blair Olsen & expanded the company to include a restoration division. The company is presently known as Olsen Construction & Restoration Company, Inc. Blair Olsen & Mike Loughney are the only project estimators and personally assess & scope each claim.  We respond 7 days a week - 365 days a year. INSURANCE AND LICENSING: We are fully insured for workman's compensation, general liability, pollution liability, automobile & inland marine insurance. All subcontractors are fully insured.
