The Beer family has been in the monument business since 1933. In 1946 Beer Monument Works was opened on tenth Ave., by Harold Beer in Kingsburg, California, just north of the Kingsburg Cemetery. In 1966, Harold welcomed his son Gordon as an employee. A little over 16 years later, Harold sold the business to his son Gordon & his wife Jerry who then continued the business servicing the families & its community in the immediate area.
